About the update of MSIR in the future.

MSIR became a display according to the block from a display region individual.
The relation to a surrounding region was not understood easily from a current method, and we thought whether the value placed on the information had lowered.
Moreover, when thinking about one region, the thing that the update interval becomes long was a problem.
 
A new method also has the problem.


There was only a concept "Continent" as a unit that exceeded "Region" because of having been thought up to now in SecondLife with an individual region as a unit.
Because the size of "Region" and "Continent" is too different, the renewal of MSIR cannot be made "Continent" unit.
Then, we paid attention to "Sea".
However, it is a problem because there is a sea without the name either how to express them.
 
We decided the method where the value of information or more went up to be adopted though there was such a problem.
 
Please expect it of the activity of MSIR in the future.

MSIRが地域一つ一つごとの表示から、ブロック別の表示になりました。

これまでの方法では周囲地域との関係がわかりづらく、情報の価値が低くなっているのではないかと我々は考えたためです。
また一つの地域を考えたときに、その更新間隔が長くなる事も問題でした。

新しい方法も問題があります。


これまでSecondLifeでは、一つ一つの地域を単位として考えられてきたので、「地域」を越える単位としては「大陸」という概念しかありませんでした。
｢地域｣と｢大陸｣のサイズは違いすぎるので、MSIRの更新を「大陸」単位にしてしまうことはできません。
そこで我々は「海」に着目しました。
しかし名前のない海もあるので、それらをどのように表現するかが問題です。
そのような問題はありますが、我々はより情報の価値が上がる方法を取ることに決めました。
